North Strong Construction is a family-owned business based in Mississauga, Ontario, proudly serving Homeowners, Builders, General Contractors and Developers with high-quality construction services.
Our name, North Strong Construction was inspired by the Canadian National Anthem — “True North, Strong and Free” — reflecting our commitment to building strong, resilient structures for communities across the Ontario, Canada.
Our Journey Begins
2017 - 2019
Laying the Groundwork.
Before North Strong Construction was officially founded, we were working hands-on in residential construction — focusing on renovations and additions across the Greater Toronto Area. These years were spent building experience in the field, developing relationships with skilled trades, and understanding what homeowners and clients truly value in a construction partner.
We also began managing small-scale projects, offering early-stage project management services to help clients stay organized, on budget, and on schedule. This combination of hands-on building and early management laid the foundation for the launch of North Strong Construction in 2020.
2020 - 2022
Founded in
Uncertain Times.
In 2020, North Strong Construction was officially founded in uncertain times, during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic — a period that challenged the construction industry in new ways. Despite the disruption, we remained committed to delivering quality work and building trust with our clients and partners.
During this period, we took on full-scale custom home builds, expanded our project management services, and completed our first commercial projects. We also established trusted partnerships with general contractors, collaborating on more complex builds and ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
2023 - Present
Growth & Innovation.
North Strong Construction continues to grow through repeat clients, referrals, and trusted industry partnerships. During this time, we began learning about and working with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) — starting our first ICF projects and quickly recognizing the long-term benefits of this high-performance building system.
We now focus primarily on ICF construction, delivering energy-efficient, durable, and sustainable structures across a range of project types — including Additions, ADUs, Garden Suites, and Custom Home Builds. As our expertise has grown, so has our portfolio. Today, we’re proud to offer smarter, stronger solutions for clients who value quality, innovation, and future-ready building practices.
