Basement ADU Conversion
A basement converted into a legal additional residential unit (ADU) for the homeowners to rent to tenants. We built it to the permitted plans, with fire separation, egress and a self-contained layout, from demolition through finishes.
Scope of work
- Demolition, framing and layout for a self-contained unit
- Walkout entrance with egress windows and fire-rated separation
- Insulation, electrical, alarms and plumbing for a full kitchen and bathroom
- Interior Finishes from drywall, flooring, trim and paint
- ESA & City Inspections and final cleanup
